Fablab Design is working with Grunnsteinen on the interior design of their two housing concepts; Hjemom and Leva. The need for good rental housing is increasing to a great extent. Grunnsteinen wants to take a clear position in this market by being a solid, serious and predictable alternative to owning your own home. Grunnsteinen is owned by the partners in the company and Fastighets AB Balder, the largest listed property company in the Nordic region.
